177 staff attended a lunchtime briefing provided by Sam Thorogood from Tiny Pause to support the mental wellbeing of the local professional community further to world mental health day on 10 October, covering:

  • How to protect focus & willpower for the most important tasks
  • How to manage difficult thoughts more effectively - mini mindfulness
  • Learn what resilience means and how to strengthen it
  • One technique to help Break Negative Thought Loops

Overall, to enhance focus, reduce stress, use time more wisely and be more productive by combining proven neuroscience & mindfulness based techniques into useful daily habits.
